For the Galactic Grunt to be there you need to have gone to the three lakes, and beaten the 6th and 7th Gyms. If yyou have not done that then there won't be one there. If you have I have no clue why there wouldn't be a galactic grunt there. P.S. Could you please rate my team 'tricky14! 1st'

You want the little run to show up? If so, then you need to get the all the badges up to the 7th, and have beaten all the galactics at the three great lakes. Do these things, then go there again, and he will be there.
