63: Aipom, you find one by putting honey on a tree.
80: Barboach, you can find one by fishing with a good rod on route 208.
102: Chatot, is found on route 222.
108: Spiritomb, is a bit special. You first must put an item called the 'Odd Keystone' in a well looking thing which is located south of Solaceon Town, then you have to great 32 people in the underground then go back to the well and Spiritomb will be there.
111: Garchomp: evolve gabite Lv48
136: Tentacool, you can find him while surfing on route 205
139: Milotic, you get milotic by evolving a feebas with it's beauty stat maxed out, then level it up.

Chatot:on route 222 or by trading with some one

Garchomp: get gible from wayward cave then evolve at level 25? Then evolves at level 48 into Garchomp
Tentacool:surf on 205
Milotic:Pokemon league champion(for seeing) and evolve Feebas High beauty condition.
