Well, you have to have any of the Pokémon GBA games, and you need to have beaten the Pokemon league in order to transfer pokemon. If you have beaten the elite 4, put your GBA Pokemon game into the GBA slot of your DS, and have your Diamond in the other slot. Start your Diamond. On the screen where it says "Continue", "New game" etc, something should pop up saying, "Migrate from ?????" (question marks means what Pokemon GBA game you have in the GBA slot. Then click on it. You need to have the 6 Pokemon you want to migrate in a PC box. And, I know it sounds wierd, but the Pokemon you want to transfer, can't know any HM's, or it wont allow you. Next, start your game. You should be taken to a place called PAL PARK, where you catch all the guys you want to transfer.

If you mean duplicating, you need Wi-Fi connection. Go to the GTS in Jubilife, and log onto Wi-Fi. Put the Pokemon you want to duplicate up for trade, and request a Pokemon that no one will want to trade, to ensure that it doesn't get traded. Select "deposit pokemon" and put a uselss Pokemon in the box. Now put in your request. When it says putting Pokemon up for trade, wait until the little clock spins 7 or 8 times. Then shut off your DS. Turn it back on, and you will have 2 of the useless pokemon. (BTW, I said useless because if you messed up, you would have lost that useless pokemon)

You mean copy Pokemon like cloning them? If that is the case, then look in here... Http://www.supercheats.com/nintendods/pokemondiamondwalkthroughs.htm

Because there is a walk through that gives a detailed walk through about the cloning glitch. If you mean anything else, then I do not know what you're talking about, sorry.
