Why???
When I talk to Sailor Eldritch, he just tell me to take that Luner Wing to his son and when I do talk to his son, it's just tell me he is in torment in his sleep. Why? Also, when I talk to Sailor Eldritch, why won't he let me go to Fullmoon Island?

Try talking to the mother, then the Sailor, then the child. After you have talken to all of them, try to give the Lunar Wing to the child again. Or, you could try talking to the Child twice in a row, and this time, you might be able to use the wing. You cannot go back to Fullmoon Island if you already have the Lunar Wing from Cressalia.
