I cannot find the HM move Strength. Does anyone know where it is?

On the route south of Solaceon, there is a giant tower jutting out from the ground. Go to the very top, and an old woman will give you it.

A old woman gives you Strength when you reach the fifth floor of the Lost Tower. And the Lost Tower is just south of Solaceon Town.
