On the sinnoh dex where do you find numbers 45,46,53,59,65,80,115,134,135..

Pokemon number 45 is the Burmy. In order to find this Pokemon, you have to slather honey on a tree, or battle a trainer that has one.

Pokemon number 46 is Wormadam, Burmy's evolution. In order to get this Pokemon, you have to evolve a female Burmy.

Pokemon number 53 is Combee. In order to find this Pokemon you have to battle all, the trainers you see, because their are several trainers that have a combee.

Pokemon number 59 is Cerrim. I am not sure about this Pokemon, I forgot where to look, sorry.

Pokemon number 65 is Drifloon. In order to get this Pokemon, you have to go outside the Valley Windworks building every Friday.

Pokemon number 80 is Barboach. In order to find this Pokemon, you just need to go fishing in different locations, and battle the fisherman.

Pokemon number 115 is Riolu, the baby form of Lucario. In order to get this Pokemon, you have to help Riley on Iron Island. To get to Iron Island, talk to the sailor by the boat in Canalave City.

Pokemon numbers 134&135 are the fish Pokemon Finneon and Lumineon. You can catch a finneon by fishing in several different spots, and you can get a lumineon by leveling up a Finneon till it reaches level 31.

#45)Burmy - Burmy can be found on Honey Trees, which are the gold colored trees. You have to slather honey on them, then come back to the tree in 10-12 hours. There will be a Pokemon on it. If you are lucky, it will be a Burmy.
#46)Wormadam - Wormadam is the female evolution of Burmy. You must find a female Burmy and evolve it, or it will evolve into Mothim.
#53)Combee - Combee can be found on Honey Trees also. Follow the same steps you would to get Burmy.
#59)Cherrim - Cherrim is the evolved form of Cherubi, which can be found on Honey Trees too.
#65)Drifloon - Every Friday, at the Valley Windworks, there will ba a single Drifloon. It will be at level 20. "Talk" to it and it will fight you. Don't worry if you kill it, because there will be another one next Friday.
#80)Barboach - Barboach is pretty common, all you have to do to find it is fish. If you can't find it, then it might be a version exclusive Pokemon, in this case meaning it can only be found in Pearl, but I'm not sure.
#115)Riolu - Riolu is the pre-evolved form of Lucario. In the caves of Iron Island, there will be a boy who wants your help getting through the cave. Make sure you have an empty slot and then go help him, because when you get out he will give you a Riolu Egg, which you run around to hatch.
#134)Finneon - Finneon can be caught by fishing too. I don't know if it has a specific location or not, and it might be a version-exclusive as well.
#135)Lumineon - Lumineon is the evolved form of Finneon.
There is one Pokemon on the Sinnoh dex after Palkia, but it is not important in completing the pokedex. It is Manaphy, which is only obtainable for Pokemon Ranger owners (or cheaters).
