I know how to get to the top of the mountain but theres a guy saying he has no Pokemon and he wont let me by can someone please help me greatly appreciated

Ok, that guy who says he has no Pokemon means nothing to you, ok. Now you need to go back to that narrow area in the dip in the mountain, only room to walk with no space beside. Go the end of the path and look to the left, there should be an area to use rock climb. Bo to the far part of that path and search carefully, you should find an entrance to a cave. From there on in your going to have to follow your nose! Be wary, you will need fairly strong Pokemon with forck climb, possibly strength, and possibly rock smash, can't totally remember. You may want to look for this question when I asked it for a better explanation. It's title is "waterfall, what next, and exp share" Good luck

Someone wasn't listening, the man tells you how to get to the top of the mountain. In order to go through the mountain, you need to enter through the path on the route west of Hearthome City. Then go up the mountain, and capture Dialga.
So, forget that guy, he's not important.
