Lumminion is all I need.all the rest,im covered.do you need to evolve him?

I have a wild finneon and lummineon so I didnt evlove mine...I can't remember qhere I caught mine but my pokedex says that you can catch one by fishing(preferably with superrod) either at canalave city, fuego windworks(i think thats what it's called!) or on the route from sandgem town to Pal Park. To increase your chances of catching one I would suggest using surf on another water Pokemon and fishing while floating on it in the water...Hope that helped and Good Luck! =D

No, you do not have to evolve Finneon in order to obtain a Lumineon. You can battle a trainer that has a Lumineon, or you can catch one using a Super rod.

I caught my finneon at the valley windworks while surfing and I guess you just evolve it from ther (i preferr the "exp. Share" so 2 Pokemon get the exp. Points)

I guessing since luminneon is the only one you need, then just evolve your Finneon.
