My cousin needs help on finding Evee. She has the first pokedex can she still find it?

I do not think so, she needs to have the National Pokedex. Your Cousin could try trading someone for an Eevee.

Yeah that persons right but only can trade online if you have seen it already so but guess is geting it from you if you have national

I think if you're cousin goes to Hearthome city and goes to the house right next to the Pokemon center the girl inside Bebe should give her an eevee.

I think you can get them at the Pokemon mansion(go south from Hearthome) without a national pokedex. Save and talk to Mr. Blackstone (I think that's his name, he's next to his 'aid' in front of a big table), if he says a Pokemon that is not Eevee, turn off and try again.

Not yet, she has to see all 149 Pokemon and then get the National Pokedex.

She can currently get them at trophy garden depending on what the owner of the garden says he saw and after she gets the national dex by seeing all 150 Pokemon in diamond she can go and get an eevee from bebe in hearthome city
