New Moon Island. You must have the member's pass and talk to a person in a house that has a locked door, or if you have the Action Replay DS use the run through anything code to go from Full Moon Island and run to the right until you see A land formation. In an entrance is Darkrai

Darkrai is in the locked hotel in I think canalave city you have to get some kinda ticket from an event. You then go in and fall asleep. Yuo will wake up on the island darkrai is at save before you battle though

Darkrai is on Newmmon Island. You might as well forget about Darkrai because you cannot, and will not be able to get to him unless you go to a Nintendo Event, or get your hands on a Action Replay DS.

First get the member ship item than go to canclave city and go to the house at the top left of the town.make sure you already helped the saliors kid with his dream through

He will be on NewMoon Island but you have to have an Action Replay or Nintendo Event.

He will be on new moon island. The only way you can reach there is by either hacking with an action replay or by going to the nintendo event
