johto starters
Where do you get chikorita, totodile, and cynaquil? Do you get firered/leafgreen by talking to pro. Oak a number of times or in emerald after you complete the pokedex?

After completing the Emerald Pokedex (besides the event pokemon) you get a choice of one. But only one, not the rest.

After completing emerald you get one then you can migrate it to diamond and start your whole game over and cose a different one this time repeat the process for the remaining pokemon

In Pokemon Fire red, Pokemon Emerald, and Pokemon Leaf Green, you can choose a Johto Starter after you catch, or see all Pokemon in the Pokedex. Then, all you have to do is Migrate the Pokemon to your Pokemon Diamond game, and there you go, all three Johto Starters.

If you complete the pokedex on Emerald you will get to pick one.

If you don't have the other Pokemon games you should trade for one on Wi-Fi.

You can only get it on emerald but you have to finish the whole hoenn dex whick requires both ruby and sapphire and you can only get one every game so you will have to restart it 2 times before getting all of the andi sugeest you clone them befor trading them over

After completing th Honen Pokedex, you get a chose of only one.
