You have to go to the Pal Park, which is at the end of Route 221, and migrate them to your game. But first, you must do to things. 1)Beat the Elite 4 and get the National Pokedex.
2)(On Firered) Go to the Move Deleter and make the Pokemon forget the HM's, because you can't migrate a Pokemon that knows an HM.
After you've done those 2 things, have both Diamond and Fire Red on, and start up Diamond, and in the menu, there should be a button that says "Migrate" or something like that. Choose the ones you want (only 6 per day) and then start your game. Go to the Pal Park, and then you just look for them there until you find them.

First get the national dex
Go to sangdem and surf underneath to an island where the palpark is
Then make sure the pokes on fire red don't have HMs
You will be allowed to migrate 6 a day

Okay, here is how to transfer, or migrate Pokemon from Pokemon Fire red to Pokemon Diamond. First, you must defeat the Elite Four, and get the National Pokedex. If you do not complete these two tasks, then you cannot go anywhere. After that Go to your home town, and surf till you reach the Pal Park. Now, before you do anything else, save this game, turn it off, insert Pokemon Fire red into the DS' gameboy slot, and play Pokemon Fire red. Open up the PC, and choose which six Pokemon you wish to transfer to Pokemon Diamond. Now, make sure that those six Pokemon do not know any HM moves such as Surf, or strength. If they do know any HM moves, head to the Move deleter and have those moves Deleted. The move Deleter will be either in Lavender Town, or Fuschia City.

After deleting all the moves, put the Pokemon back into the PC, try putting them intro an empty box so you will not have to spend time looking for them. When you are done, save the game, turn it off, and turn on Pokemon Diamond. Then on the main menu click the Migrate option, and if Pokemon Fire red is in the Nintendo DS, then it will pull up the PC, and you can select the six Pokemon that you chose to migrate. After you have chosen the six Pokemon clink Okay, and then start the game, and catch them in the Pal Park.

You will have to get the nationial dex on diamond which you can get when you see all the Pokemon in diamond and then you put the firered and diamond into the DS at the same time. You then on the DSand go to diamond and click on the option that says migrate form firered. But you can only migrate 6 Pokemon once a day so choose carefully and when you migrate the Pokemon will not be on the firered anymore so I suggest you clone it before migrating it.
