You might need HM05 Defog, which is given to you by one of the guys near the entrance in the Safari Zone in Pastoria City, to get through Route 210. Once you do, battle the grunt in front of the cave, and once you beat him, an old woman will come up and recognize the Old Charm, admitting she is Cynthia's grandma. After you give her the Old Charm, go in the cave and examine the back wall. Once again, she comes up and gives you HM03 Surf. Now, fly to Hearthome City and talk to the woman in front of the Contest Hall in the middle of the city. She'll identify herself as the gym leader. So, just go to the gym and go up four levels and battle her.

Go to Hearthome City, and go to the Big, Circular, Building, Fantina will come up and talk to you. Good luck fighting her, she is fairly easy, and there are no puzzles in her Gym.

You have to talk to the grunt that is outside the safari zone and he will run away. After that fly to hearthome city and go to the contest halls and talk to a woman which will say she is the gym leader. Then go to the gym and fight her!!
