Go to the eastern part of Solaceon Town, go into the cave, and talk with the little boy that you encounter. Soon he will leave the cave, and walk to his house, follow him there, and once you are inside talk to him. He will hand over the seal case to you, so now you can store your seals. When you arrive at SunyShore City, go into the first building that you see on the left side, that is the Seal Shop where you can buy different seals everyday.

Most can be bought from the man in Sunnyshore City. He sells different ones on different days. To get the letter seals, do the following:
Go to the Solacion Ruins and catch the Unown of the letter that you want. When you catch it, go show it to the boy who lives close by with his mom. (The one you first met in the ruins.) He will give you 10 seals of the letter Unown you show them.

You will have to either get it by showing unown to a guy in a house on the left of solaceon town near the unown ruins or by getting it at the sunny shore market
