How do you get the power to cut down trees? I am trying to enter the Galactic Eterna Building.

cheating-is-good answered:
The so called 'power' is a simple HM called cut. Keep playing the game, and soon enough, you will get the HM for cut, you do not need to go into that Galactic building right now. You can go in there at a later time.

You use Cut. I forgot where you get it, but when you do get it, you have to beat the Eterna Gym before you can use it.
