Darkrai is on the island full-moon, or new-moon island. You cannot reach Darkrai unless you use an Action Replay, or wait a few months for a Nintendo Event to come around. And even if it does come to the country that you live in, there is a chance that the Event will be held far from where you live. So your best bet is to go buy an Action Replay, if you can't then forget about Darkrai. When, and if you do get an Action Replay, go to the Pokemon Action Replay Forum, and ask for the darkrai event code.

Wow, people have been asking this one alot lately.
Ok, Darkrai is an event-only pokemon. This means that it is only obtainable through a Nintendo Event. So you go to a Nintendo Event, and get a Membership Card. Take that card to the inn and check in. You'll have a bad dream about Darkrai. The next day, go to the sailor in Canalave City, and he will take you to either New Moon Island, or Full Moon Island. (I don't remember which one, but you find Creeselia on one, and Darkrai is on the other one.)
There are a few other ways to get it. First, you could trade for it.
Second, you could use an action replay to get it.
Third, you could mix records with someone who has the Membersip cad. Then you would have it too, and you could do what you would after going to a Nintendo Event.

Do you know the inn that won't open in (all I know is the place where you fight the guy w/ the steel pokemon) well there is rumors if you have a secret key you can go in and you can catch it although it may be a glitch....or you can hack it
