Bah, forget about Gameshark, Action Replay is the way to go for all your cheating needs, and desires. There is the lottery, which you barely have a chance of winning, so only try that one sparingly. Your best bet is to Migrate Masterballs from all your other Pokemon Games, that is what I did. Migrated Pokemon that were holding Masterballs from Pokemon Fire Red, Pokemon Emerald, Pokemon ruby, and Pokemon Leaf green, you should try doing that.

Uh, action replay I guess.
You can get one by winning the lottery. It is VERY hard to do though. If all of the numbers match a pokemon's ID then you will get a master ball.
