Ugh, you know what? I am really sick of answering this question all the times that I do. You should know by now that Darkrai is a legendary Pokemon, that can only be gotten by going to a Nintendo Event, or by using an Action Replay. You could also trade Darkrai from one of your friends game if they have one that they will trade to you.

Darkrai is found in the old hotel or inn in canclave city but you need the item membership card in order to get in this can only be obtained via a nintendo event or bye have someone who went send you a mystery gift or via AR

You know how at canalave city there is the harbor inn which is the locked hotel? Well hes in there. However, you need the member key to get in which can only be obtained by cheat or nintendo event.

You get him in a abondon hotel but you need to do nintendo event to get the key for the place
