Wouldn't that be nice to know, but I do not think that anyone knows the answer to that question. Mesprit just doesn't go to one area, he could go to any patch of grass on the entire map, so you will have to get lucky, and hope that you run into him. When you do, throw a masterball at him, if you want to use it on him, if not bring about 80 ultraballs. Also, make sure you have a Pokemon that can learn the move, or knows the move 'Mean Look.'

Well honestly, it could be anywhere. It's location is completely random, and varies from game to game. So thats one question that really can't have any correct answer. Sorry.

Well, you need one of those tracker things from the Poketech Company Building in Jubilife City. It shows you wherever he is. But it takes a while, so I suggest you get a whole bunch of full restores and pokeballs, and have a Pokemon that knows the move "Mean Look". It prevents to Pokemon from escaping. Good Luck.

Well, if you don't already have one, you need to get a poketech tracking thing. You get it at the Poketech Company building in Jubilife City. It'll track him down for you. But I suggest you stock up on restores and pokeballs. You might want to have a Pokemon that knows the move "Mean Look" too. Good Luck.
