You have to do the team galactic thing and try to catch dialga it's a complicated thing so I also suggest go check on www.youtube.com how to do it

I do, as do a lot of other people. After you beat the Seventh Gym leader, destroy Team Galactic, catch Dialga, and do all that other Non-sense, then you will finally be able to go to SunyShore City. All you have to do, is go south of Hearthome City till you hit the Pokemon Mansion, and then head east. Soon you should come around Pastoria City, when you arrive head east, past the beach and stop when you are in the middle of a Hotel area. Head east some more, and you should walk past a man who used to say that there was a blackout in SunyShore City, if not then you still have to do something. After that, just head north and you will land in SunyShore City in no time.
