For starters, you can raise Heatran, as he makes a decent addition to any team.
You can also explore the rest of that island. Beat the Battle Tower. Beat the Pokemon Contests in Hearthome City.
There is a lot to do in this game to complete 100% of it, so you should go out and explore the secrets of this game. XD

Well to be honest, there isn't much left that you can do. You just beat the last part of the storyline, so the rest of the game is just for you to capture all 492 Pokemon, and complete all the Pokemon contests. You can also train your party of Pokemon to level 100. There is nothing much left that you can do.

Theres really nothing left after that. You could go to Canalave city to do the part where you save the sailors kid, if you haven't already. You could also try getting all of the poketch apps. You can also try and complete your national pokedex. Or you can go to the battle tower to beat all that stuff. Or you can try and beat the Pokemon league 20 times, because then you can battle your rival in front of the fight arena. Or you can raise your flag rank underground. And if you want to you can get all of the contest stuff. Or you can get your card rank up by these ways. 1)complete national dex, 2)win 100 battles in a row at the battle tower, 3)beat all the contests 4)get your flag to platinum rank. Hope I helped.

If you really want to level it up,use the techniques that I used to raise my heatran to lvl 100.this is b4 I ever had an action replay!1st)go to the fight area. then proceed north.keep going north till you find a trainer that has a donphan.if you have an item that doubles exp, then use it.use the vs seeker and fight him until you get up to level 90 or when heatran learns the move he learns in level 80.2nd)go to the elite 4. have a few backup but strong pkmn incase heatran faints.for me,heatran knocked every pkmn out with one hit and was left untouched in the end.i only remember heatran getting hit ,only a few hit points for only 3 times out of several. i battle the elite 4 over and over for days as I remember. it was exhausting but he kicked butt in the battle tower.
