You walk around alot.

I mean ALOT. Easiest way to do so is to take your bike and while in 2 gear ride through Solacean town.
Battling also helps, I've noticed...

v-gamer answered:

You have to walk around a lot with the Pokemon egg in your team.

Normally, it takes around 5,500 steps for a Pokemon egg to hatch, but some Pokemon require more steps to be taken.

All I can say is to keep walking. It'll hatch [not transform] eventually.

cheating-is-good answered:

You get the egg, and put it in your party along with some other pokemon. Then you can go to a town, or a big road, and run around for a very long time. Bring your bike, and ride up and down Solaceon Town, if you have gotten that far. You have to get a total of 5,000, or 10,000 steps before the egg will evolve into the pokemon.

hypofreak answered:

To hatch an egg, the best way is to go to the bike path and defeat all the trainers. Then, well, just ride up and down and it will eventually, um...

HATCH! Yeah, that's it. It'll hatch. Sooner or later. Okay, I'm getting sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeepyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.:-)

antiscoolio27 answered:

First of all it doesnt transform, it hatches. All you need to do is carry it around everywhere.
