You can toss items by just selecting the item, and then clicking "Toss" or something like it.

And I don't think you can store any items in this game... Only Poke Seals.
I apologize, I haven't played this game in a while and I don't remember any exact detail so I tried the best from what I could remember.

Seriously, you do not know how to toss items? That's okay, I will be happy to help you. To toss, or throw away items that you do not want anymore, select the item, and select the Discard option. That will throw away the item, and it will be gone forever, so make sure that you are absolutely positive that you want to discard the item before you do so. Store, you mean to store items in the PC like in the old games... Unfortunately, you cannot do this any longer, as they got rid of this feature, though I cannot say as to why.

Just click on the item and one of the options will say discard,click it.You can't store items in your pc so sorry.

I think you got the idea of tossing from everyone else. You can't store items in the pc, because you are able to store every item on the game up to it's maximum amount in you're bag. So, unless you plan on using more than 999 hyper potions or more than 99 ultra balls without restocking, there is no need to store them in the pc.
