V-Gamer, is right, it has been a while since I have seen this question.
First, I have to let you know that you spelled Mystery wrong. As you can see, it is not mestery, it is mystery. Go to Jubilife City, and head towards the Jubilife City Television Station. Once you are there, go inside the building, and head up the stairs till you are on the third floor. On the third floor, you will see a man standing next to a woman in the southern area of the floor, go and speak to him. He will ask to interview you, so tell him yes, and answer "Everyone/Everybody Happy."
After that, he will ask to interview you again, select yes just like Last time, and this time you will answer " WI-FI connection." After you do so, he will tell you about knowing the secret code, and that now the gift is activated. Save your game, and turn it off. When you turn the game back on, you should see the mystery gift option on the main menu.

Alright, so go on the third floor of the Jubilife Television Station and talk to the guy. Answer "Everyone Happy" for his first question, and "Wi-Fi Connection" for his second question. He'll then give you Mystery Gift.
Save your game and restart your game, and on the main menu, you should notice the option for Mystery Gift.
