A burmy, I hate Burmys'... Try looking in the Eterna Forest, there are a bunch of bug Pokemon Trainers, one of them might have a Burmy. You could also try slathering Honey on a orange tree, and wait to see if a Burmy comes near the tree.

A bug catcher in Eterna Forest has a Burmy.

Burmy can also be found on sweet honey trees by smuthering them with honey, but Burmy is quite rare. You're better off just battling the bug catcher xP
