Ight I'm going to save spce in the questions so I got 2 for 1
1. How do I no my friend code and add ppl as well(i already saved the code I don't no it tho)
2.after buck gets the stone from the mountain I used escape rope and where can I find him so I can gt that fire dude

You can see your friend code by looking either on the back of your trainer's card. Or, you can see it by a Key item, that is used to manage, and add player's friend codes. You do not need to know the code, since it saved the code, it will recognize the person's code when they get on. You need to go to the survival area, which is west of Stark Mountain. When you arrive there, you need to look in all the houses, and in one of them will be buck, talk to him. Then talk to the old man with him, and then to buck again, and buck will leave, so head back to Stark Mountain, and go to the back area to catch Heatran.

First off, I can't help you with #2. Sorry.
I can with #1 though. Go to the Key Items section of your bag. Use the Pal Pad. Once in it, go down to where it says [Your Name]'s code. That is your friend code. Go to "Register Friend Code". It will ask for the friends name 1st, then their friend code.

1. Your friend code is apparently on the back of your trainer card.
2. Go back to the Survival Area, and go in the house to the left of the Pokemon Center. Talk to Buck, then go back to Stark Mountain, and in that room you'll see the level 70 Heatran. He's either male or female, however cannot breed.
