Yes you can, and it is very easy to do so. All you have to do is Migrate a Rhyhorn from Pokemon Emerald, Poke Leaf Green, Pokemon Fire Red, or some other Pokemon game, and catch it in the Pal park. After obtaining your Rhyhorn, level it up until it evolves into a big, mighty, Rhydon! After it evolves you should have an item called a protector, what you do is equip that to your Rhydon, but telling him to hold it, and then trade the Pokemon to your friend. When he receives the Rhydon, it should evolve into rhyperior, and then all he has to do is trade it back to you.

You must trade a Rhydon from Emerald, Ruby, Sapphire, FireRed or LeafGreen by means of migrating.

Then, once migrated, catch it in the Pal Park. A Rhyhorn would also do, but you will have to evolve it into a Rhydon first before taking the next step.

Once you have your Rhydon, get the Protector item that comes with him when he evolves. Then you must trade him to a friend and he'll evolve into Ryperior.
