Well, there's the bottom floor. Which has nothing on it really except a couple of people, and also a girl you can buy some really expensive ribbons from.
And the second floor where nothing much happens except once a day, you can get one of your Pokemon massaged. Which will make it like you heaps, and make it really happy.

There are two floors, and an elevator to take you to the other floor you are not on. The first floor is where you can buy a set of expensive ribbons from, that will show your pokemons dignity, and royalty. The second floor, has a bunch of girls, and a pair of massage machines for one of your Pokemon, that will make it instantly like you. You can get one massage a day.

There are two floors, with an elevator to navigate between the two floors. The first floor is where you buy very expensive ribbons and talk to some people who are quite snubbish. The second floor is where you can give your Pokemon an extensive, free massage that will massively increase your pokemon's friendship.
