Ok... You can do it with just those pokemon... But it will be an enormously tough battle.

You want easy, so train your Pokemon til they are all around Lv60. Then it will be much easier. I don't care what moves Pokemon have... All you need to know is what type the move is, what it's strength and accuracy are and what other effects it has. Otherwise, the names really don't mean much.

Take a look at what the Pokemon league has, and go for good type matchups.

Empoleon: Surf and Ice Beam
Dialga: Dragon Claw and Metal Claw
Staraptor: Aerial Ace and Close Combat
Machoke: Cross Chop
Graveller: Earthquake
Onyx: Earthquake and Stone Edge/Rock Slide

Now, let's get down to the details. The fact you have Empoleon, Dialga, Staraptor, and Machoke are good; they can be useful in the Elite Four. However, you have two rock/ground types! This is bad! Get rid of either or; you want the one with higher attack.

The level of Empoleon is awesome. Dialga can use a few more levels. The rest are utterly horrible. You need all your Pokemon to above level 50.

Here's a team I reccomend to use for the Elite Four:
Rapidash, Garchomp, Roserade, Machoke, Weavile, and Staraptor.

cheating-is-good answered:

Okay, yes you can battle the Elite four, but if you want to win, then no you won't battle them. You will wait till your Pokemon get a lot stronger, and all your weak Pokemon get to level fifty. If you need to learn some good moves, or just want to change them, then you can go to serebii.net, and see the pokemon's move lists.

masta4lif3 answered:

Well you arent tougher than I was, here's what I had by the time I defeated the E4 (but not champ):
Croagunk: lv 34 (FNT)
Dialga: lv 53
Empoleon: lv 65
Golbat: lv 47 (FNT)
Noctowl: lv 34 (FNT)
Tentacruel: lv 36 (FNT)
I think you should at least try though, cos you'll still get Exp if you defeat at least the first poke

blackmew answered:

You can face them but it will be tough. Get stuff to boast your attacks so that you don't run out. And get lot of revives, full restore, and other stuff that will be useful
