Could someone please post a list of all One-Hit KO Moves?

I'm not sure if I'm able to list all of them, but I'll try my best.
Sheer Cold, Fissure, Horn Drill, and Guillotine are the only ones I can think of... I'm pretty sure there's a couple more, however...

Sheer Cold, Guillotine, Fissure, and Horn Drill, like V-Gamer said, these are the only one hit KO moves in the game. I wouldn't really use them as they only have a 30 percent chance of actually hitting the opponent's pokemon. If you need to have on though, I would go with Sheer Cold, I have used that move and landed 3 hits on Pokemon one after the other, I tend to miss with the other ones though, so that move might be the best one.

V-gamer and Cheating_is_good pretty much summarized the moves. So I will tell you more about them. The one-hit ko moves' accuracy dependes on the level of the Pokemon using the move and the opposing pokemon. THe higher the difference between them, the greater the chance will be of it hitting the target.Note: the Pokemon using the move must be higher than the Pokemon it is using th move on.

Sheer Cold, Guillotine, Fissure, and Horn Drill, like is_good 30 accuracy and hits 30 level range like if
your Pokemon is 69 than it hits level 99

There are no true one hit KO moves. But you can use the type Pokemon is at an advantage for a One hit KO.
Example. If you have a Fire Type like Infernape, then it's Fire Punch could result in a KO if you use it against a slightly weaker grass, bug, or steel type Pokemon.
