I don't think you need a sharp claw to evolve Sneasel into a Weavile. I think what you need is a Razor Claw, which you probably have already, because you picked it up in your journery. Have Sneasel hold the Razor claw, and trade him to a friend, and he should evolve into a Weavile. If not, have your friend trade him back, and try again, but this time have Sneasel hold a quick claw.

It's actually called Razor Claw. You can get it at Route 224, Victory Road, and you can buy one at the Battle Tower.

It's called a grip claw and a sneasle should be holding it or use action replay find it or buy it with battle points at the battle

The item actually is a Razor Claw found at one of the three locations;
Route 224, victory road, battle park

Sharp Claw? I assume you mean Razor Claw.

If you go in the last room in Victory Road (starting at the entrance near the Pokemon League Headquraters), go down until you see an old man to your left. Pass him, and continue going left and follow that path. At the end of that path is the Razor Claw item.

Have Sneasel hold that item and train him one level at night to evolve him into Weavile.
