help plz
Ok so I am on victory lane and there is some guy standing in front of a hole I think ineed to get out of and the guy wont let me through he dosent want to battle he just talks but says I am going to battle a lot of people and Pokemon but wont let me through please help me I need through.

You need the national pokedx sense there othres region and if you have the shaimin event you have to go tro ther

You're going the wrong way. Back up a bit, go as far left as you can, then when you get a chance, go as far north as you can. You should the exit by going in that direction.
The entrance that guy is blocking is a separate part of Victory Road that you will only have access to once you've beaten the Elite Four and obtained the National Dex from Oak in Rowan's lab in Sandgem Town after you've seen all 150 Pokemon in the Sinnoh Dex. Once you've done that, go in that entrance and follow the path to enter another cave with fog everywhere. Use Defog, then help the girl get to the other end of this cave. Once she leaves, you basically follow her, and then finally exit the cave to find yourself on Route 224. Unless you have the "Oak's Letter" from a Nintendo Event or by cheating, this route is basically useless, except for some training. In other words, it's a dead end.

First you need to beat the E4 and the champion. Then you need to get the national dex. Then the guy should be out of your way. Also, that's a different way to get out. You need to go all the way north to get to the Pokemon league.

After you get National PokeDex you can go through but you have
to get a girl named Marly through and after your done with that
you end up behind the Elite 4 Castle.
Also if you have the "Oak's Letter" you can go through the hole
and go to catch Shaymin.
