I still need help

For the honey to work, you need to give it time. It won't just start shaking straight away... Go away and come back to it after a while.

46...wormadam: evolve a female burmy.

53...Combee: slather honey on yellow trees in sinnoh.

63...Aipom: slather honey onto yellow trees.

These Pokemon are still quite rare... So you will probably have to do this a few times before you get the ones you want.

Oh, and yes, there are definitely trainers who have those pokemon.

Mitsu there is not a trainer with Combee
But there is with Wormadam and Aipom
Ive been looking for a trainer with a Combee
No luck with that beacause combee is my last poke dex pokemon

#46 is Wormadam. You have to evolve a female Burmy at level 20. Or, a beauty on Route 214 has one.
#53 is Combee. Combee is rarely found on Sweet Honey Trees. An aroma lady on Route 208 will have one, however.
#63 is Aipom. Aipom is also rarely found on Sweet Honey Trees. But a farmer on Route 210 has one.

So obviously, I've told you how to catch them, and I also told you which trainers has which pokemon. Now, you're confused about finding Pokemon on Sweet Honey Trees, or Yellow Trees. Well, after you've slathered the honey on the tree, wait between eight to ten hours. Then, check on the tree; it should be shaking. The Pokemon you'll find in that tree applies to Pokemon found in the wild; common Pokemon will be found more times than rare pokemon. So, there's a greater chance that you'll battle a Wurmple, there is a Heracross.

To get rarer Pokemon, slather more honey on a tree. The more the honey, the rarer the pokemon. This won't work 100% of the time, however. You just need to be patient.
