I heard about a lost tower to find misdreavus but I don't no where it is can't you help me please

Misdreavus is only in the Pearl version, the Diamond equivalent of it is Murkrow.

Well, Lost Tower is located on Route 209. However, you can only find Murkrow in Lost Tower in Diamond. Misdreavus is found in Lost Tower in Pearl. You have to catch a Misdreavus in Pearl, then trade it into Diamond.

The lost tower, which, for your sake, is found on Route 209, only contains Murkow on the Diamond version. You can catch Misdreavus in the Lost Tower on Pokemon Pearl.
