Ok so I have the move strenght and I tought it to my Pokemon but it still says the same thing when I go up to the boulders what is up with that???pllzz help me I need to get to the top of mount corrnet (sorry on the spelling)

Maybe you havent got the gym badge so you can use it

My guess is you're not able to use HM04 Strength. You need to obtain the sixth badge in order to be able to use it.
