Does anyone know what the 150th Pokemon is on the dek you start off with? If so where can I find it?

It's Palkia... The cover art Pokemon for Pokemon Pearl. You need to catch the one in Pearl and trade it.

#150 is Palkia. To record it's data, talk to the old lady in the central northern house in Celestic Town. Note that you should have beaten Dialga on the top of Mt. Coronet, first. She'll show you a picture of Palkia and give a short summary of it. However, in order to catch it, you need to trade Palkia from Pearl.
