It's impossilble to get the Pokemon from gold and silver and even crystal because the GB Color games so no you can't sorry

The Gameboy Color games don't function on the Nintendo DS, so it's impossible to migrate any Pokemon from GBC Pokemon Games into Diamond or Pearl.
