Then go to the end of victory road, look for that fat gye walkthroug him amd yu'll be on this spot were somwere theres a rock that no one has touched. Then go through it and yu'll be in this mysteriuos place called flower land or smothing like that. Look around and yu'll see a legendery pokemon.... Shaymein, warning he trys to run away

You can catch mewtwo at level 70 in Leaf Green or Fire Red. Then migrate. But you cannot catch either of these Pokemon in Diamond or Pearl.

Yes, you can get a Mewtwo from Pokemon fire red, or Leaf green, and then Migrate it to Diamond using the Pal park. You can get a Mew from the Special event in Emerald, and then Migrate that Pokemon to Pokemon Diamond as well. Or, you could trade someone who is willing to trade you those two rare, awesome, legendary pokemon.

Well, you can migrate them from Fire Red or Leaf Green. But you can't catch either Mewtwo or Mew in-game (in Diamond).
