You wke him up by migrating regirock regiice rejisteel and going with them to snow point temple and talk to him he will wake up

You need Regirock,Registeel and Regice from Pokemon Ruby/Emerald/Sapphire(migrate them) and bring them to Regigagas and talk to him.

To awaken Regigigas (yes, that is the correct spelling) you need to catch Registeel, Regirock and Regice in Ruby, Sapphire or Emerald, and migrate them to your Diamond or Pearl. Then you have to put all of them in your party and keep them there... The girl will let you in the tower... And then you have to get to the bottom of the tower (yes, I know, the bottom) and then you will find Regigigas awake. If they are no in your party when you get to the bottom, it will just be a statue.

You must have the three Regi's (Regirock, Registeel, Regice) in your team. You have to migrate them from Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald.

With those three in your team, just talk to the statue and you'll battle the level 70 Regigigas.

First of all, you have to obtain the Regi Trio (Regirock, Regiice, Registeel) from Saphire, Ruby, or Emerald and migrate and bring them into your Party. Then you go to Snowpoint City and go to the Building all the way at the top and when you talk to the lady blocking you she will say "No" but don't worry, I think it was Cynthia who comes and tells her all about you, and then she will let you in. Go to the very bottom of the building and you will find Regigigas, awake, in the middle of a lot of ice. Your going to have to slide across the ice and kind of like how you did in the 7th gym and then once you slide up to him, you can battle/capture him.
