My bad... The battle tower? I don't think there is a boss... Just aim for 100 straight wins.

There is actually a main boss. Called the Tower Tycoon. To get to him, you have to 21 and 49 consecutive battles. On the first battle with him, he will have Dragonite, Milotic, and Rhyperior. On the second battle with him, he will have Heatran, Regigigas, Cresselia.

Try winning Fifty battles, and then if your good enough, one hundred battles! That will definitely get the Tycoon's attention!

The main boss is called the Tower Tycoon. To battle him, you need to complete 21 consecutive wins in a row, and then you battle him a second time after you complete 49 consecutive wins in a rown.
