mitsu answered:

You could try... Fairly high levels for some of them... But it would likely have to be higher to beat the E4... That said, I did it with similarly low levelled pokemon... Give it a go and find out...

Try diversifying your team a bit... Mesprit and uxie are both psychic...it's really not a good idea having two of the same sort on any team.. If you want them to win at lower levels in a major battle... It's good to try and get as many different Pokemon types in your team as possible (you can get up to twelve, by using ll double type pokemon) It is possible to beat the E4 with lower levels... But you want to use items and good strategy (and save between each member of the E4, so if you white out, then you don't go all the way back to the start)

I beat the E4 with this team:

(I have no idea what the moves were... T'was ages ago)

Empoleon: Lv.53
Luxray: Lv.47
Dialga: Lv.52
Rapidash: Lv.44
Chatot: Lv.35
Graveller:Lv.36

I wouldn't reccomend that if you want an easy battle, but fortunately, this E4 compared with previous games are much easier (except for the champ) Because the trainers in there don't stick to their 'type' as much... Their Pokemon are all different sorts... I would suggest trying to find out exactly what the E4 have so you can best gauge how to strategise your battle... But then again... Just give it a go... You never know, right!

Gooner86 answered:

Yea they will b fine just make sure you top up with lots of potions, your infernape will be vital so keep him healthy. Goodluck!!

Psycho Pichu Trainer answered:

Level-wise Luxray and Floatzel should be a tad higher, I'd also replace one of the psychics with a flying-type. Also you technically don't need a fire-type to beat the elite four, but infernape doubles as your fighting-type, it might be best to teach it another fighting move as opposed to flame wheel.

flame4000 answered:

There not great but there good. The reson I say that is becuse your infreape isnt strong enough. Theres an elite four member with one stronger than yours. I like Infreanae alot so keep him rockin, but I would really tell you to get a better Pokemon than floatzel!

But get that infrenap up to level 70 and by alot of revive than you will go all the way man!!!!!!!!!!!!!

v-gamer answered:

Infernape, Floatzel, and Luxray are okay. Dialga and Mesprit are good. Get rid of Uxie for Sneasel/Weavile.

The team I would reccomend, however, would be:

Infernape, with Flame Wheel and Close Combat.
Roserade, with Energy Ball.
Garchomp, with Dragon Rush, Stone Edge, and Earthquake.
Weavile, with Night Slash and Ice Punch/Ice Shard.
Luxray, with Thunder Fang and Crunch.
Floatzel, with Surf.

The rest of the moves are up to you, and it seems you're a bit more than half way done with the reccomended team for the Elite Four.

E4 champ answered:

That is pretty good but I beat E4 with individual lvls

Torterra lv.57 Razor Leaf,Leaf Storm,Earthquake,Cut
Garchomp lv.55 Stone Edge,Dragon Breath,Earthquake,Dragon Rush
Empoleon lv.53 Hydro Pump,Surf,Waterfall and Aqua Jet
Infernape lv.56 Flame Wheel,Flamethrower,Fire Blast,Close Combat
Golem lv.49 Strength, Rock Smash, Rock Throw,Roll out
Cresselia lv.100 Surf,Hydro Pump,Water Pulse,Bounce

NOTE:I used Action Replay to obtain moves and Cresselia.
