When you first get on Supercheats.com click on the link to the Pokedex, it'll show you everything you need to know. It will have a drop down menu of every Pokemon in Diamond/pearl, listed by their pokedex number. Hope this helped.

Another tip for using our Pokedex (http://pokedex.supercheats.com) is to just put the number in the input box called 'Pokemon Input' it's on every page in our Pokdex and this will return the details of the Pokemon you are looking for.

#128 is Drapion. Aaron, of the Elite Four, has one.
#138 is Feebas. A sailor on Route 222 has one.
#141 is Mantine. A swimmer on Route 223 has one.
#146 is Uxie. You have to battle her in Lake Acuity.

So, it seems that you just need to get through Victory Road and beat the Elite Four, and you'll be pretty much all set, except for make 4 pokemon.
