Can I get like staters like from firered leafgreen and that because idon't have any of thoese games I had leafgreen but my cousin stoled it.... And I do have emerald but I think stoled that....... Is ther any chance getting other starters withouth migrating? I do have the national dex... Thanks

No...no I don't think so...you have to either migrate them or trade with someone...you can also use the Pokemon Wild Mod code for Action Replay to get them...

You cannot find them in Diamond and Pearl. The only way is to get someone to trade them to you.
