Help me!

Ok I got thw 7th gym badge and cleared the galatic place and warehouse and now I have to get on top of the Mt.((i forgot the name)) and you know the rocky slopes? Like when you examine it it say "maybe a pokemon's move can scale it?" Well whats the move and where do I get it?

The move is called rock climb and it's on route217

HM08 Rock Climb is found just outside of a house along the western side of Route 217. Note that if you go in the house after you picked up the item, the hiker will give you an Icicle Plate.

The move you are talking about it called HM08 Rock Climb. You can get it in Route 217. There's a house close to the end of the route. The HM for Rock Climb is behind it and to the left. When you give your Pokemon the move, they can scale those rocky slopes.
