I found a national dex with all the info to were are some Pokemon but for some of theme they say durin swarm whats do's it meen please.

Your question was a bit confusing, but nonetheless I understand what you're saying.
Well, a swarm is when rare Pokemon are found all over a certain route or area. You can find out what Pokemon is swarming, along with it's location, from Dawn or Lukas's little sister in Sandgem Town.
Swarming Pokemon change each day, however. You also need to obtain the National Pokedex in order for swarms to occur.

Swarm means rare Pokemon will be found in certain routes or areas. Dawn's little sister in Sandgem Town will tell you where those Pokemon can be found. It's a daily thing, so she tells you where one swarm Pokemon is. The Pokemon she tells you will changer every day. You do need the National Pokedex in order for swarms to happen.
