Please Answer This!!!

O.K. I really need to know if there is any other way to clone Pokemon besides using WFC. If there isn't, please tell me how much it costs to get one and where can I get it.

If you get a ditto put in the day care and it makes an egg with Pokemon with it but it has to have a breed.
