Well, Suicone can only be found in Pokemon FireRed or LeafGreen, if you chose Charmander as your starter pokemon. Nonetheless, Suicone can't be caught in Diamond or Pearl. You can only cheat to get him, or migrate him from FireRed or LeafGreen.

Ok the only way to obtain a suicune is by migrating from your GBA games. I hoped this helped.

Find the ledgendary in pkemon firered and leaf green. Then when you have him put you're gba game in the slot and on the title screen it should say migrate Pokemon from ....... Whatever you're game is. You have to migrate six then go to pal park and catch him again there! Ps. Catch the other Pokemon you migrated coz I forgot 1 time.....tee hee!

Suicune can only be obtained by migrating it from Pokemon Leafgreen or Pokemon Firered and Charmander has to be the starter pokemon...you can also use an Action Replay to get Suicune.
