action replay/pokesav

Ok so my question is

Is a pokesav and a action replay the samething????

And if not can they be compatible??

Because in the action replay forums I see pokesav and action replay so please answer

No they are not the same thing, Action replay can be bought at a store for use on your Nintendo DS, to supply you with codes. Pokesav is a computer Program that works with Action replay DS, with Pokesav you can make your own codes, and transfer them to your AR to use on the game.

No...they are not the same...an Action Replay is a device that helps or aids on your games while Pokesav is software for your computer that creates Action Replay codes...in the forums...I bet the members were referring to codes being generated by Pokesav.
