Snorlax is slow but fully evolved...Blastoise is slow and fully evolved.

Well, I'd say that Snorlax is one of the more popular Pokemon with high attack and low speed. Others would include Regigigas, Rhyperior, and Rampardos.

I would personally go with Rampardos, mainly because he has the highest attack out of those four, but if you're looking at the slowest, choose Snorlax.

Dusknoir and Forretress are both very slow and hard to stop.
