togapis level of evelution

Ok Togepi is one of the Pokemon that evolve based on happiness. It will evolve when you max out it's happiness. To make it happy quickly:
-don't let it faint
-let it hold a soothe bell
-place it first in your team
-use items on it.
-get it massaged (veilstone city)
-ride your bike around with it as steps is a factor.

Use the happiness checker app to monitor it's happiness and when you see two large hearts on the checker, level it up and it'll evolve.

Well you need to level it up I bit hight then use an oval stone on it

An oval stone wont work to get togetic you have to make it happy and make it love you once thats done you can get it's new evolution togekiss(worst name ever) which really is not that bad and will help your pokedex out a bit

To evolve this Pokemon you have to make a friendship with it. Do make a really great bond is:

-Raising their stats with items (Zinc, Calcium, Iron, Protein etc.)
-Let it hold sooth bell.
-Give it a spa at Resort Area. (To do this you must have a Pokemon with 10 ribbons to be able to get inside this place)
-Another tip is to not let it faint because the friendship bond with lower it.

Well, Togepi is a Pokemon that evolves through friendship. In other words, your Togepi has to like you a lot before she evolves into Togetic. Here are some hints to making your Togepi like you a lot:

- Keep her in your team; don't deposit her in the PC.
- Have her hold the Soothe Bell, obtained from a maid in the mansion on Route 212.
- Use her in battle, and don't let her lose.
- Use status uppers (HP Up, Carbos, etc.)
- Use berries that heighten friendship and lower stats (look at the description of your berries; you're bound to have at least one).

If you use the last two steps as a combo (use the berry to heighten the friendship and lower a stat, and then use a status upper to increase the lowered stat, and still heighten the friendship) you will get impressive results.

You can keep track of your progress with Togepi on your Friendship Checker app on your Poketch. Click and hold on Togepi and you'll see how much she likes you; nothing, one small heart, two small hearts, and two big hearts. In order to max out your friendship with her (and to evolve her into Togetic), she must have two big hearts over her head. So keep working with that, and you'll have yourself a Togetic in no time.
